REFUND POLICY

At EBC–Evolve Biz Consulting Pvt. Ltd, we strive to deliver high-quality consulting, training, and development services. Due to the nature of our services, refunds are governed by the following policy:

• Fees paid for workshops, training programs, coaching engagements, consulting assignments, or assessments are non-refundable once the service has commenced.

• For open programs, cancellations made at least 7 working days prior to the scheduled start date may be eligible for a refund, after deduction of applicable administrative charges.

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 working days of the program start date or for non-attendance.

• For customised corporate engagements, refunds are not applicable, as services are tailored to client requirements.

• Any exceptional refund requests will be reviewed at the sole discretion of EBC-Evolve Biz Consulting Pvt. Ltd.
